Continue to study music and all of its different aspects
Keep grades high and my opportunities open
Pursue a musical degree once I’m accepted

Start new friendships and maintain close ones with those I already know
Maintain good people skills and always greet those around me
Be selfless and put others first
Keep others’ secrets confidential; don’t be a backstabber

Build strong relationships with those around me centered on trust
Let marriage wait until after college
Don’t go too far too early
Trust and rely on each other in all circumstances

Achieve a successful musical career as a touring drummer
Continue practicing and striving to succeed despite what others say
Play a local tour before I graduate high school

*These Goals are realistic because I already have lots of the skills required to succeed.
*These goals are specific because I already knowwhat musical fields I’d like to pursue and what career I’d like to make off of it.
*The goals are measurable because I feel confident in myself achieving them.

Passages to Support my Goals

Without saying a word, the man watched her closely to learn whether or not the LORD had made his journey successful.

Genesis 39:3
When his master saw that the LORD was with him and that the LORD gave him success in everything he did…

I will hold myself accountable in achieving these goals, and will not give up until I earn success through all that I do.

Matthew 16:23b: Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the things of God, but the things of men
Philippians 2: 1-4: If you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any fellowship with the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and purpose. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.
